ImiTec’s core capability is its patented Remote Isotopic Analysis System (RIAS) a radiation monitoring system that detects, characterises and maps radiation. RIAS is built into each of our Advanced Aerial Radiation Mapping (AARM) units to transmission and remote visualisation of radiometric data, all in real-time.
SIMPLICITY AND SPEED
The AARM technologies has been iteratively developed by working with experienced nuclear emergency specialists and deploying systems in the most hazardous radiation environments, including the Chernobyl and Fukushima exclusion zones. The resulting product is so simple that even a child could use it!

Extracting radiation dose maps from aerial radiometric data is made much more accurate by utilising our patented RIAS technology. By precisely measuring the sensor's height above ground with integrated LiDAR, the error in calculating on-the-ground dose is substantially reduced.
